We finally got some rain late today and it's cooled off a bit. The weather channel is saying we should return to some norms late next week. That means mid to high 80s. Yay! Maybe I can finally get back to some of the garden and yard projects. It might also mean I'll have some energy to do other projects and be able to have something to chat with you about.
The heat this year has bothered me more than in my life. I don't know why but it's just left me feeling drained and exhausted. I'm healthy though I need to lose pounds but for the last 30 days I just haven't been able to get motivated to do anything.
How was Becoming Jane? I made the ultimate sacrifice and watched Ron Burgandy: Anchorman last night with Kev. Blech! Only true love lets you watch Will Farrel comedies. I so don't get his appeal. Finished rereading the Harry Potter series and it was enjoyable seeing how it all fit together and how she dropped hints in the earlier books. I started The Mermaid Chair but only a few pages into it.
