Treadmills and Ouch

At least you have a good reason for the treadmill late start. Obviously you don't want to start an exercise regime when your body is telling you not to. I've not done well with the treadmill myself this week. It's been a crazy week and I'm not getting home until pretty late and with everything else---well, I just have done it. No excuse for me especially as the treadmill would help the stress. I will do better with that on week two. I've reordered some priorities at work so my schedule should settle down and so that's my vow for next week.

I made a great discovery. Wraps! At the grocery store (though mine was over in an odd spot by the deli rather than the breads), they have about a dozen different kinds of wrap breads. The local brand I have is Lo-Wrap. They come in lots of flavors, are low carb, whole grain and very high fiber. One of those with a little Jenni-O turkey, some spinach leaves, slice tomatoes and Foxpoint seasoning is YUMMY. And very filling. I bought the italian herb flavor but I'm going to pick up one of each flavor when I do the grocery store run this week. Highly recommended!

How did Diane like her giant tea cup with the herbs?

No gardening news. It's been raining like Noah's flood this week with more forecast the rest of the week. Sighs. I hope it dries out for this weekend. I really have some things I'd like to get done out in the beds.
