Day 1 - 54 pounds to go

It's a biggie to put it out there. Day 1 wasn't too hard. Dinners will be easy. Last night I did some each of us a couple of hard boiled eggs and steamed two kinds of vegetables. I think lunches will be the toughie for me though there are a couple of grocery stores nearby so there's access to fruit or deli meats or the like. Today I did a naked hot dog for lunch. Not sure that's a good option but it satisfied my need to get out for a bit.

I'm going to try making some wraps tonight. Those are supposed to be good diet foods. The wrap materials (if not just lettuce) are usually low cal, high fiber and I can fill it with tuna or turkey/spinach/tomato for a yummie thing.

Any other good recipes you've found?

Tonight is my first treadmill night back on a regular schedule. I didn't do it this morning as I'd planned as Kevin and I were up pretty late last night. So tonight when I get home, first thing. My goal is 30 minutes at a rate of 3.0 with 2 minutes of warmup/stretching before and 2 minutes of cooldown.
