Whoohoo! Go you! Four pounds is great! I didn't do as well and I'm a bit disappointed. I was a tiny smidge under 3 pounds. I'm hoping that's due to the old monthly bloating period and next week will be much better. I am bound and determined to get into my treadmill routine next week.
I'm still very committed to this. To use the old saw--"I'm sick and tired of feeling sick and tired." I think getting the weight off and getting some conditioning will fix this.
I'd love some new recipes. Since it's supposed to be nasty and yukkie all weekend, I'm going to hit the bookstore and see if I can find some good cookbooks for cooking light and yet easy.
What do you think was successful for you? What was a struggle? I didn't get enough water this week and I'm altering that the last day or so and through the weekend.
Raise your clenched fist! We shall overcome!
