Why you can't blink in the Midwest

Yesterday it was 60 degrees and my palms were itching to be working in the soil. Thoughts were filled with new hardscape and wondering if I could start that soonly. This morning at 7am it was 50 degrees and the dog was joyously galloping around the back yard as I drank coffee. When I drove to work at 8am, it was 36 degrees. Currently, it's 21 degrees and snowing horizontally with 40 mile per hour winds. I guess it's just as well I'm still going through my garden catalogs.

Speaking of which, I got a postcard from Bluestone Perennials with a code for 20% off orders placed before February 6. (?) I think it was the sixth. Did you get that? If not, I'll post the code if you're planning on ordering anything from them. I haven't started my list yet but need to.

Thanks for the tree list. I'm going to go find pictures of them this afternoon and I'll report on my findings.

So if I wanted to share landscaping plans with you, wonder what the best way would be to do that? I can get the file to you easily using several methods but what program do you think would be best? Do you have something that will do landscape plans nicely and I can match it or do you have a recommendation?
