Recipe

Potato Casserole

1 two pound package of frozen hash brown potatoes (I use Ore-ida)

1 stick of melted margarine

1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

1 can of cream of chicken soup (undiluted)

1 cup of sour cream

Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13 inch pyrex dish and bake at 350 degrees for one hour until top begins to brown.

This is fast, delicious and I have yet to find someone that did not really like it.
