if the world is crazy or if you are the crazy one?
I emailed Amazon and told them that the order hadn't arrived. Could they please verify it shipped and perhaps tell me where it was? They responded with a refund of the shipping cost. Not the whole amount---just the shipping.

Uhhh, thanks! But that doesn't really help me out with the problem or answer the question I asked. Second email sits in their box.
